Ideally located in a cozy area, CHEAP breakfast, comfortable bed. Ordinary rooms had hairdryer and an excellent air-conditioning. Residential location, just a short stroll away from high street.

Lovely beds, main bar was amazing. The continental breakfast had bacon, eggs and coffee, that's a plus. I loved a comfortable decor and fine furniture. Helpful service, very supportive staff.

Worth its 4 stars. Attentive staff and excellent breakfast with lots of options. Only 10 min walk to downtown. Hotel's bar was lovely. Greatly enjoyed that we had an iron, flat-screen television and a CD player in the queen room: )

Great place for exploring Windermere.

The street itself was noisy.

Upon arrival we got free room upgrade. The hotel is in the lake district. It's right at the brookside pub, good for a little drink. We had a lovely experience.

Breakfast is sensational and the location is good. Setting close to Thuline Studio and convenient access to high street.

Cannot find any fault.
